Feedback

Last Friday (or was it Saturday?) I received in the mail the feedback on one of my stories that I submitted to the editors of an anthology. When I read over their notes in the manuscript as well as the two typed pages indicating problems and possible solutions, I didn’t find myself feeling defensive, which [...]

Mrs. Dalloway

The myth of page 39

So, there’s this novel I’ve been working on.
I started writing it–gosh, I can’t remember if it was one or two years ago. That’s pretty bad, isn’t it? I could find out if I looked back in my journal, but I don’t have that handy at the moment. Anyway, I just started working on it again [...]
